Engineer- MBD Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band E4 to M2 Role Engineer - MBD & MBSE A purpose driven role for you Design verification in terms suspension behavior, stability mechanisms, CBS mechanisms and full vehicle ride and handling using simulation tools for a Two-wheeler at system, sub-system and component levels is very important to ascertain reliability of the product. It is possible to do this using simulation, even before the physical prototypes are made. This significantly helps in reduction of time to market and design optimization through virtual design iterations. A Day in the life  Independently Take care of Simulation for suspension system, CBS system and full vehicle tests under different loading conditions  Understand the functions of the different subsystems of two wheelers and derive load cases for virtual evaluation.  Perform the analysis and suggest design improvements to the Expert Engineer / STL for approval.  Present the group in Project CFT as SPOC to maintain the schedule and report it to STL and HOS  Should be able to perform loads estimation at component level and full vehicle - Static Loads, RLDA, Virtual RLDA Academic Qualification & Experience B.E. / B. Tech. Technical Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of Applied mechanics, Multibody dynamics, materials, vibration, CAE Software and model building guidelines.
