We are looking for a MIG Welder The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up & Operate MIG Welding Equipment
Measure,cut,fit and assemble metal components.
Select appropriate welding wire, shielding gas,and machine settings.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
Grind,clean and finish welded surface
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE
Report defects, equipments issues and saftey concerns.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.

Welding Certification or vocational training preferred

Experience with MIG Welding processes and fabrication tools.
