Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding for structural and mounting works in solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Fabricate and assemble solar module mounting structures, cable trays, and support frames.
Ensure welding quality standards and compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with site engineers and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance of welding equipment.

Requirements

Proven MIG welding experience (minimum 3 years) in site-based industrial or construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
Knowledge of safety standards and ability to work at heights.
Experience in solar industry projects preferred but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
