Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production flow.
Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and material usage.
Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Identify process improvements to reduce cost, waste, and downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics.
