🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for fixtures and mechanical equipment.

• Plan, monitor, and review fixture PM schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.

• Develop alternative spare parts with proper design and cost optimization.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain daily maintenance logs, repair reports, and documentation.

• Handle breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery.

• Ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities across all three shifts.

• Support and manage facility and maintenance operations.

• Coordinate effectively with production, plant management, and internal teams.

• Promote and implement “Safety First” practices and address unsafe conditions immediately.

• Supervise maintenance activities ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met.

• Conduct daily/weekly meetings and maintain effective departmental communication.

• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.

• Support cross-functional team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Update work orders, preventive maintenance records, and reports.

• Prepare reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and confidentiality.

• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance / fixture maintenance.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to perform troubleshooting and breakdown handling.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
