Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults to minimize production downtime.

• Install, inspect, and commission new machinery and production equipment.

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.

• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.

• Support plant improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.

• Participate in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

• Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and capacity expansion projects.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
