Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Drafting

Drawing Production: Create accurate 2D/3D fabrication, assembly, and detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Calculations & Scaling: Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications based on mechanical engineer notes or rough sketches.
BOM & Estimation: Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and support material cost/estimation tasks for production.

2. Key Responsibilities: Accounting

Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and manage Petty Cash using accounting software like TallyPrime.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and verify purchase orders (PO), sales invoices, and delivery challans related to mechanical components or fabrication raw materials.
Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly staff payroll and assist with basic GST, TDS, or PF entries.
Vendor & Client Ledger: Reconcile vendor bills, track receivable/payable accounts, and follow up on client payments.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Software Fluency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and Tally ERP/Prime.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in a workshop, manufacturing unit, or engineering consultancy office.
