Job Description

Mechanical Design Engineer – SPM, Jigs & Fixtures

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
Vacancy: 1 Position
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Design Special Purpose Machines, Jigs, Fixtures and Automation Systems.
Prepare 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
Develop concepts based on customer requirements and process details.
Select suitable mechanical components, cylinders, sensors, motors and other bought-out parts.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, production and assembly teams.
Support machining, fabrication, assembly and machine trials.
Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and execution.
Take responsibility for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects.
Support installation, commissioning and final customer approval when required.
Maintain project drawings, revision records and technical documents.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SPM, Jigs, Fixtures or Automation Machine Design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar design software.
Good knowledge of machining, fabrication, tolerances and manufacturing processes.
Candidate should be capable of independently handling a project from concept to successful execution.
