Mechanical draughtsman

Infinite Polymer is seeking a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for polymer-based mechanical components and systems. Working closely with design engineers, the draughtsman will translate concepts into detailed drawings suitable for manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

• Modify and revise drawings based on engineer feedback and design updates.

• Ensure all designs meet dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and material specifications.

• Collaborate with the production team to support prototyping and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain drawing records and documentation in line with ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Draftsman ship.

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in the polymer or manufacturing sector.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of mechanical systems.
