Mechanical Design Engineer – High-Speed Slitter Rewinders

Company: Vikas Engineers

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 3–8 years (preferred)

Responsibilities:-

Design high-speed slitter rewinder machines for paper, film, BOPP, non-woven, foil, and label industries.
Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
Design shafts, rollers, unwind/rewind sections, knife assemblies, web guiding systems, and machine frames.
Select bearings, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic components, and other machine elements.
Coordinate with production and assembly teams.
Improve existing machine designs for higher speed, stability, and lower vibration.
