Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Marketing professional to join our team. The candidate will support marketing initiatives, business growth activities, tender coordination, and customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates looking to build a strong foundation in marketing, brand management, and client relations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company products and services. • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and prepare competitive analysis reports. • Support the sales and business development teams in lead generation and client presentations. • Handle tender inquiries received and support the tender-related documentation process. • Generate leads, maintain regular follow-ups with clients, consultants, and end users, and build strong customer relationships. • Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) and monitor their performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention strategies. • Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and presentations for management review. • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings as required. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools. • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Creative mindset with a strong interest in brand building and customer engagement. Preferred Attributes: • Internship or project experience in marketing, business development, or market research. • Basic understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies. • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
