Manufacturing Trainee

Godrej Agrovet Ltd is looking for female Diploma holders in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for trainee positions in the Maintenance or Production departments. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, technical operations, and plant supervision.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise production activities on the shop floor

2. Conduct final product quality checks

3. Support machine operators during shifts

4. Assist in basic maintenance tasks

5. Contribute to achieving daily production targets

Eligibility Criteria:  Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year 

Location Flexibility: Willing to work at Hoskote

Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and learning attitude
