Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Location: Barnala, Punjab
Position: Site Supervisor
Gender: Male
Age Criteria: 25–30 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensure smooth operations, and monitor work progress.
Labour Management: Manage labour attendance, allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline.
Store & Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor material usage, and ensure proper storage and availability of materials.
Coordination: Coordinate with labourers, contractors, and management to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Reporting: Maintain basic site records, inventory updates, and daily progress reports using a computer.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant site experience may also be considered.
Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Basic English communication skills with good coordination abilities.
Smart, dynamic, disciplined, and professional personality.
Ability to manage labour, materials, and overall site activities independently.
Preferred Candidate: A responsible and proactive individual with strong supervision and people-management skills who can efficiently handle day-to-day site operations.
