Key Responsibility :
Consistently ensure that processes follow the guidelines provided by the quality team.
Meet deadlines and complete tasks or targets within the allotted time frame.
Maintain product quality standards as per SOPs & GMP.
Ensure that machinery and equipment are handled with care, maintained properly, and kept in working condition.
Handle raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring correct transfer and storage.
Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
Monitor and reduce rejection/rework rates.
Maintain shift-level production data and daily reports.
Ensure material availability and line readiness before shifts.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve breakdowns, quality issues, or manpower problems quickly.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
1–4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina and willingness to work in a production environment
Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Standards
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
