Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at a reputed real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering with hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to execution.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and quality control.

• Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimates.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage resource allocation efficiently.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and liaise with local authorities as needed.

• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with reputed developers.

• Familiarity with RERA compliance and local building codes.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
