Manufacturing Site Supervisor

1. Machine Assistance

   • Support machine operators in setting up and running execution, cutting, and printing machines.

   • Load raw materials (films, inks, etc.) into the machines as required.

   • Assist in changing rolls, plates, or dies under operator guidance.

2. Production Support

   • Ensure continuous feeding of material to avoid downtime.

   • Collect finished products from the machine and stack properly.

   • Help in shifting materials and products to designated areas.

3. Quality & Inspection

   • Check basic quality of bags (cutting, sealing, printing alignment).

   • Inform the operator or supervisor immediately if defects are noticed.

4. Maintenance & Safety

   • Keep machines and the working area clean and free from obstructions.

   • Follow safety guidelines while handling blades, rollers, inks, and moving parts.

   • Assist in lubrication and minor cleaning during shift change or shutdown.

5. Documentation & Reporting

   • Record basic production details (pieces produced, wastage, etc.) as instructed.

   • Report machine faults or breakdowns to the operator/maintenance team.
