Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team Star Universal. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily fabrication and construction site activities.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, welders, and workers.
Monitor fabrication, welding, erection, and installation quality.
Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Inspect completed work and resolve technical/site issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, work records, and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.
Attend site meetings and communicate progress to project management and clients.

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail, Bike is mandatory and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
