Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes for sheet metal and tube fabrication products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in metal forming, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and production optimization. This role focuses on improving productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, optimizing material utilization, and enhancing overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
Review engineering drawings and recommend Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements
Propose design modifications to simplify manufacturing and reduce production costs
Optimize part geometry to improve manufacturability without compromising product functionality
Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Reduce production cycle time and improve manufacturing throughput
Maximize machine utilization and overall productivity
Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
Develop and improve tooling to enhance production efficiency, quality, and consistency
Coordinate tooling development with internal departments and external vendors
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of sheet metal and tube fabrication processes
Hands-on experience with laser cutting, CNC press brakes, welding, tube fabrication, and metal forming operations
Expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and process engineering
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Salary: ₹50,000/month (No bar for the right candidate)
