Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead production teams to meet daily targets and schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Train, mentor, and evaluate production workers.

Address and resolve any production issues or personnel conflicts.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Ensure proper use of equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Collaborate with other departments including maintenance, quality, and logistics.

Enforce company policies and procedures.
