Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Repair or replace defective hardware components (e.g., motherboards, RAM, hard drives, screens)

• Install and configure operating systems and software applications

• Perform system upgrades, backups, and virus removals

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

• Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality during service

• Recommend system improvements and upgrades when necessary

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and networking basics

• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair techniques

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines

• Good communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certifications (preferred)
