Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Construction Site Supervisor to manage and supervise kitchen construction and installation work at project sites. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, as per design, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen construction and installation activities at the site.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, designers, and project managers.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, measurements, and project requirements.
Monitor the quality of civil, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and kitchen installation work.
Manage site workers and allocate daily tasks.
Check materials and ensure proper usage and availability at the site.
Take site measurements and maintain daily progress updates.
Identify and resolve site-related issues quickly.
Ensure proper safety and discipline at the project site.
Coordinate with clients regarding site progress and requirements.
Prepare regular site progress reports and update management.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in site supervision, interior, kitchen construction, or related work.
Knowledge of construction and kitchen installation processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
