Hands-on experience in production / fabrication shop activities.

Ability to handle shift operations and manpower control.

Good communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret fabrication drawings.

Plan and supervise daily production activities.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs.

Manage shift operations, allocate work, and monitor performance.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
