Job Description

We are looking for a production Supervisor to join our team at Site B, Surajpur Greater noida, The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

knowledge about all measurement scale in gram, mm, kg etc

knowledge about Basic question of 5S, 4M, 3M, CAPA, KAICHEN, Red bin analysis, why-why analysis

Maintain records and positive attitude

maintain disciplinary , and handle team

Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

Collaborate with teams for production planning and achieve daily targets of production .

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.(salary-20k to 25k & above)
