Hiring – Manufacturing supervisor | Bakery Manufacturing

We are looking for a Food Technology Officer / Food Safety & Quality Officer to join our bakery manufacturing plant.

Qualification – Mandatory:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology

Experience: 0–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong knowledge of food safety and FSSAI compliance may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FSSAI and food-safety compliance

• Maintain FSSAI/FoSCoS documentation and records

• Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP/FSMS

• Monitor production-area hygiene and sanitation

• Check raw materials, production processes and finished products

• Maintain quality, testing, traceability and hygiene records

• Coordinate laboratory testing and pest-control activities

• Support FSSAI inspections and audits

• Conduct food-safety and hygiene training for staff

• Ensure proper labelling and packaging compliance

• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase teams on quality and food-safety matters

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology is mandatory

• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and FoSCoS

• Knowledge of GMP/GHP/HACCP preferred

• Good documentation and communication skills

• Experience in bakery/food manufacturing will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
