The Site Supervisor / Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, drawings, and regulations.
Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers
Monitor progress and report daily/weekly site status to management
Ensure compliance with safety rules, HSE policies, and statutory regulations
Manage materials, equipment, and manpower effectively
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical problems
Maintain site records, logs, and reports
Ensure timely completion of work milestones
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office, project tracking tools)
3–8 years of relevant site experience (may vary by project size)
Full-time, site-based role
May require extended working hours and weekend work
