🔹 POSITION DETAILS

Position: Site Supervisor – Fabrication & Installation
Industry: PEB / Structural Steel / Fabrication & Installation
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Fabrication / Welding or related field preferred
Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Manager
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🎯 JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor to supervise fabrication, erection and installation activities of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures at project sites.

The candidate should be capable of managing manpower, coordinating materials and equipment, monitoring work quality and ensuring timely and safe completion of site activities.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily fabrication, erection and installation activities at project sites.

• Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and BOQs.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, machinery and equipment.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure completion as per project schedule.

• Supervise welding, cutting, grinding and structural erection activities.

• Inspect fabrication and installation work according to project specifications.

• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness meetings.

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and guide workers.

• Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.

• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports and site documentation.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

• Maintain inspection records, permits and other required site documents.

• Coordinate effectively with the Project Manager, Site Manager and other teams.

🧰 REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation.

• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings.

• Basic understanding of welding processes and quality requirements.

• Strong manpower handling and team supervision skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of site safety standards and PPE requirements.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and site reporting.

• Ability to work at project sites and manage day-to-day site activities independently.

🎓 QUALIFICATION

ITI / Diploma in:

Mechanical | Fabrication | Welding | Related Technical Trade

Candidates with strong practical experience in fabrication and installation may also be considered.

🏭 EXPERIENCE

1–3 Years of relevant experience in:

• PEB structures

• Structural steel fabrication

• Industrial sheds

• Warehouses

• Commercial buildings

• Infrastructure / construction projects

• Fabrication and erection work

⭐ CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

• Candidates residing in Daman, Silvassa, Vapi, Dadra & Nagar Haveli or nearby areas will be preferred.

• Candidates willing to work at project sites.

• Candidates with PEB / structural fabrication experience will be given priority.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
