Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of fire and safety systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site execution of fire protection system installations including hydrants, sprinklers, suppression, and alarm systems

• Ensure timely project completion with quality and safety compliance

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and client representatives

• Manage manpower and site documentation

• Report project progress and issues to project manager
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in fire safety or related industry
  
  

• Knowledge of fire safety equipment and installation standards
  
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects
  
  

• Certification in fire safety (desirable but not mandatory)
