Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. Candidate must be maximum 30/45 Mints distance from Park Circus or Topsia area. Two Wheeler Bike/Scooty is mandatory.

The Job Responsibility is below.

• Coordinate resources: Schedule and coordinate work with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.

• Monitor progress: Track project progress and make adjustments to the schedule as needed.

• Manage materials and equipment: Monitor inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Staff and team management

• Supervise and guide workers: Oversee the performance of on-site staff and subcontractors.

• Assign duties: Assign tasks based on skills and experience.

• Evaluate performance: Evaluate employee performance and maintain accurate attendance records.

• Communicate effectively: Facilitate communication between project managers and site workers, and resolve any conflicts that arise. 

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain reports: Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and other project documentation.

• Communicate updates: Report project updates and progress to senior management or project managers. 

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
