Job roll - Marketing Assistant - 2, Marketing Coordinator - 2, Installation Person and Survey Person - 2

Basic Job Description for •Marketing Assistant• will be as follows:

Making Quotations for various products of Playground & Open Gym & Indoor Gym & Gardening & Horticultural Tools & Equipments
Checking reports along with site photos after the survey and making quotations or estimate accordingly.
Making rate analysis or rate working before give quotation and before participating in Government or Private Clients Tenders.
Making entries of quotations in order summary sheet.
Generating report for quotations using MS Excel or any other software (after discussing with superiors)
Getting the documentation work ready to participate in tenders. Participating in Tenders.
Updating Stock Register as and when required.

The candidate must have a professional vibe. Should always wear a professional attire. Should not be rude to any other office staff. Candidate should be Graduate in B. Com.; Mechanical or Civil Engineer or in any other field.
