Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall site execution for civil works (repairs, waterproofing, finishing, structural jobs, etc.)
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & BOM (Bill of Materials)
Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requirements
Ensure quality checks and adherence to safety guidelines
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
Maintain daily progress reports and documentation
Travel to Pan-India project locations as required

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
1–2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
Good knowledge of waterproofing, structural repairs & civil execution
Basic understanding of BOQ/BOM preparation
