Job Summary:

As part of our manufacturing team, you will oversee and execute day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, quality standards, and timely delivery. This role involves working closely with supervisors, quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.

2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality control protocols.

3. Assist in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

4. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.

5. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and materials used.

6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and customer requirements.

8. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma, ITI, diploma, or degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering (as applicable).

Prior experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks as required.

Knowledge of safety practices and machine operations is a plus.
