Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and capable Site Supervisor to oversee on-site installations and operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent manpower management skills, and the ability to coordinate with municipal authorities while handling multiple sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage site activities during installation and execution phases.

Plan, allocate, and effectively utilize labour, plant fitters, and site staff.

Coordinate with Nagar Nigam (Municipal Corporation) officials and other government authorities as required.

Ensure smooth communication between site teams, vendors, and officials.

Manage multiple project sites simultaneously and ensure timely progress.

Resolve on-site issues related to manpower, operations, and coordination.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards at all sites.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field (preferred).

Strong technical understanding of installation and site operations.

Proven ability to manage labour and manpower efficiently.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong coordination and negotiation abilities with officials and stakeholders.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites concurrently.

Experience

Prior experience as a Site Supervisor / Installation Supervisor is preferred.

Experience working with municipal bodies or government departments will be an added advantage.

Location

As per project site requirements (multiple sites may be involved).
