Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Supervise on-site erection of steel structures as per design drawings
🔹 Coordinate with designers, fabricators & erection teams to resolve issues
🔹 Monitor welding, bolting & alignment processes, ensuring quality & safety compliance
🔹 Prepare daily/weekly progress reports & update Project Manager
🔹 Plan resources, attend site meetings, and ensure site safety practices are followed

Qualifications:

✅ B.Tech / B.E / Diploma / ITI – Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering
✅ 3–7 years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure steel structure projects
✅ Knowledge of fabrication drawings, bolted/welded joints, and AutoCAD
✅ Familiarity with OSHA/NEBOSH safety practices (preferred)
✅ Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
