Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Role Summary:

The Production Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the egg processing and packaging facilities. The role ensures that eggs received from contract farms are processed, graded, sanitized, and packed to Eggoz’s freshness and quality standards, maintaining full compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities — grading, candling, UV sanitization, and packaging of eggs.

• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and traceability across batches to maintain freshness.

• Monitor hygiene, temperature, and handling standards to prevent breakage or contamination.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth inbound and outbound movement.

• Track production metrics — yield, wastage, downtime — and suggest process improvements.

• Maintain production documentation, quality checklists, and batch records as per FSSAI norms.

• Manage manpower scheduling, training, and discipline within the production floor.

• Support implementation of lean processes and automation initiatives.

• Enforce safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Liaise with quality control teams for inspection and corrective actions when deviations occur.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
