Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise
approximately 20 people working on Lathe, VMC, CNC, Wire
cut, and other machines.
Plan and monitor daily production activities according to job priorities and delivery deadlines.
Allocate jobs to operators and coordinate machine-wise production schedules.
Ensure prodution targets are achieved while maintaining require quality standards. monitor raw material inventory and maintain proper stock records.
coordinate raw material purchasing and follow up with suppliers.
Track work-in-progress (WIP), finished parts, and pending jobs.
coordinate with the quality team to ensure components
meet customer specifications.
Maintain daily production reports, material
consumption records, and job status updates.
Identify production delays and take necessary action to ensure timely delivery.
Minimum 1 year of experience in production supervision or workshop management.
Basic knowledge of CNC, VMC, Lathe, Wire-cut, or precision machining operations.
Good coordination and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, material purchasing, and production planning.
Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills preferred.
Ability to manage multiple jobs according to production priorities.
