Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor molding production activities.

Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and safely.

Maintain product quality standards as per company guidelines.

Handle manpower allocation and shift planning.

Identify and troubleshoot production issues in molding.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

Maintain daily production reports.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in molding operations.

Strong knowledge of molding machines and plastic components.

Ability to lead and manage a team of operators.

Knowledge of quality standards in medical/disposable product manufacturing preferred.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
