Manufacturing Site Supervisor

• Role Requirement:

1) To be able to support in multiple projects at different locations

2) Good interpersonal & communication skills

3) Proactive

4) Good analytical skills

5) Good with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

6) Good writing skills - English, Hindi, Gujarati

7) To be able to work on Shop floor at the client’s location

8) Good team player

9) Experience in Lean Tool deployment / Continuous Improvement disciplines (e.g., Value

Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Visual Management, Lean Daily

Management, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, TPM, Problem Solving, FMEA, 7 QC Tools,

etc.)

• The key role would be:

1) To prepare documents like SOP, WI, PPTs, Posters, etc. as per input given by senior team

members & client

2) To collect data & do analysis on production, rejection/ sales, labour productivity, electricity

consumption, etc.

3) To conduct a work-study (time + motion) study on bottleneck and critical processes.

4) To assist in conducting audits of aspects like 5S, Energy, etc., and preparing audit reports.

5) To provide handholding support to seniors in other priority tasks.

6) To take regular and periodic follow-ups for the completion of the tasks from the client side.

7) To visit various client sites with seniors.

• Educational Qualification:

1) Diploma/ B.E. or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Automobile Engineering

2) 6 months or more work experience or internship experience in the past is desirable

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
