Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

   • Execute civil works as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

   • Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring timely completion with quality.

   • Coordinate with subcontractors, labour, and vendors to maintain workflow.

2. Quality & Safety Compliance

   • Ensure all construction work adheres to quality standards and IS codes.

   • Monitor material usage and workmanship to avoid wastage.

   • Follow and enforce site safety protocols to prevent accidents.

3. Planning & Coordination

   • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly work programs.

   • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the client for technical clarifications.

   • Align with the Project Coordinator/Process Coordinator for reporting and documentation.

4. Measurement & Billing Support

   • Take joint measurements of executed work for client and subcontractor billing.

   • Verify quantities as per BOQ and drawings.

   • Support in preparing RA bills and maintaining records.

5. Documentation & Reporting

   • Maintain daily site progress reports, labour deployment records, and material registers.

   • Highlight delays, challenges, or deviations to the Project Manager.

   • Support IMS, PMS, and FMS documentation as required.
