कार्य की मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

साइट पर सभी कार्यों की निगरानी और प्रगति की रिपोर्ट बनाना

मजदूरों की हाजिरी, टाइमिंग और काम की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना

कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन कराना

साइट पर उपयोग होने वाले मटेरियल की मात्रा और उपयोग पर नियंत्रण रखना

माप (measurement) और बिलिंग से जुड़ी जानकारी देना

कंपनी के वरिष्ठों और क्लाइंट से संवाद करना

टीम को निर्देश देना और समस्याओं का समाधान करना

आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

न्यूनतम 10वीं या 12वीं पास

पेंटिंग या सिविल साइट पर 1-2 वर्षों का अनुभव आवश्यक

टीम को संभालने की क्षमता

ईमानदारी, समय की पाबंदी और कार्य के प्रति जिम्मेदारी

मोबाइल, व्हाट्सएप और बेसिक कम्युनिकेशन का ज्ञान

कार्य समय:

सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक (काम की आवश्यकता अनुसार बदलाव संभव)
