Installation Supervisor – Frontliner / Onsite

Job Description:

• Total responsibility for unloading materials, tallying quantities, and storing them properly in a warehouse/store provided by the developer, under lock and key.

• Track and maintain a record of materials shifted floor-wise/flat-wise whenever needed by the carpenter.

• Ensure all installations are perfectly carried out and all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed for flooring, gypsum, windows, etc.

• Ensure contractors should work according to company SOP standards.

• Keep track of orders placed versus materials received for all allotted sites.

• Keep track of materials received versus materials installed versus materials polished, if any.

• Keep track of material installed and job done certificate given to vendor as per their systems.

• Undertake complete responsibility for handing over installed sets to the developers.

• In coordination with immediate seniors, take measurements at the site, and club and process orders in the system.

• Issue hardware/ironmongery and other store items to contractors as requested and keep records of the same.

• Qualification:
•  ITI trade of carpentry
• passed Skill Development course in carpentry or civil engineerin

 12th pass w

th having worked in carpentry trade

Experience:

 Minimum 2 to 5 years similar work experience

 Having worked in civil building construction site

 Experience in carpentry field shall be preferred
