Supervise a team of 10-15 production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet daily targets.
Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality guidelines, and timelines.
Monitor machinery operation, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs.
Track production metrics (e.g., output, downtime, waste) and prepare shift reports.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
Collaborate with quality control and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
Train new team members and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, or basic quality tools (knowledge from internships/projects is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights/weekends, in a fast-paced factory setting.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
