Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment efficiently

• Assemble, pack, and inspect products in accordance with company guidelines

• Maintain accurate records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related field

• Experience: 0 to 6 years in a manufacturing or related environment

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely

• Good physical stamina and ability to work on the shop floor

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
