Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Infinite Polymers is seeking a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals passionate about production, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely

• Assemble, inspect, and pack products in accordance with company standards

• Maintain accurate production records and manage tool room inventory

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Uphold strict safety and quality control standards on the production floor

• Collaborate with internal teams on tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Plastic Engineering or a related field

• Experience: 0 to 6 years in a manufacturing or production-related role

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
