Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Building Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings and quality standards. The role involves managing labor, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule

• Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks efficiently

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Subcontractors

• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to construction standards

• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure use of PPE on-site

• Track material usage and report shortages or wastage

• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance of workers

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Assist in project planning and scheduling activities

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 3–8 years of experience in building construction projects

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings

• Leadership and team management skills

• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Working Conditions

• Full-time, site-based role

• May require extended working hours depending on project deadlines

• Exposure to outdoor and construction site environment

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
