Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing shop floor activities, manpower, and production planning in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.

• Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum manpower utilization.

• Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

• Train and guide operators for productivity and quality improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering (preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of ERP or production reporting tools.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
