Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations on the shop floor.

• Ensure production targets and daily output are achieved as per the plan.

• Allocate manpower, monitor operators, and manage shift activities.

• Ensure machines are properly set up and running smoothly throughout the shift.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team in case of machine breakdowns or downtime.

• Monitor in-process quality and make sure products meet required standards.

• Maintain proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.

• Implement 5S, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain production reports, daily production logs, and shift handover notes.

• Train new workers/operators on machine handling and safety practices.

• Identify issues in the production line and assist in process improvement.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.

• Ability to manage a team of operators and labour effectively.

• Good understanding of quality control and production standards.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  

Experience & Qualification:

• Experience: 3–4 years in production/manufacturing environment.

• Qualification: Diploma / DEGREE IN ANY FIELD
