Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor milling machines for food grain/food product processing.

• Maintain smooth running of milling operations with minimum downtime.

• Ensure product quality standards are met as per company and industry requirements.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of milling equipment.

• Monitor raw material input and finished product output to minimize wastage.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and food safety (FSSAI) guidelines.

• Report operational issues to supervisors/plant manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Miller in food manufacturing / flour mill / food processing unit.

• Basic technical knowledge of milling machines and equipment.

• Ability to work in 12-hour shifts.

• Physically fit, punctual, and responsible.

• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in food production.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
