Job Summary

Finevibes is seeking a Solar Installation Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of solar panel installation projects. The role involves supervising installation teams, ensuring electrical and structural work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and associated electrical systems.
Execute DC and AC electrical wiring, including string connections, inverters, junction boxes, and earthing.
Ensure correct installation of inverters, LT panels, and protection devices.
Monitor adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship.
Identify installation faults, electrical hazards, or performance issues and resolve them promptly.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for smooth site operations.
Maintain site records, including daily progress, manpower, and material usage.
Ensure proper earthing, lightning protection, and system testing before commissioning.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power plants.

Job Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field.
1–5 years of experience in solar panel installation or electrical site supervision.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and safety norms.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and layout drawings.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
Good problem-solving skills and team coordination ability.
