Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall maintenance and operations of the estate/building premises.
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and utility maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC and repair work.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management activities.
Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and utilities within the premises.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Handle breakdown complaints and resolve issues within timelines.
Support administration and facility-related operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in estate management, facility management, or building maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
