Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a On Site Supervisor to join our team at Eversafe Protect Systems Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹50000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Isometric, Drawing & Measurement sheet preparation as per layout execution. End to end follow up. Fire fighting industry valves , Pipe Id calculate in detail.

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a work site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is common in industries like construction, manufacturing, events, and facilities management.

1. Project Oversight

   • Coordinate and manage on-site activities.

   • Ensure work is progressing according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

2. Team Management

   • Supervise workers, subcontractors, and site staff.

   • Assign tasks and monitor performance.

   • Provide training and enforce site rules.

3. Health and Safety Compliance

   • Enforce health and safety regulations.

   • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.

   • Ensure the use of proper PPE and safety procedures.

4. Quality Control

   • Monitor workmanship and materials to meet standards.

   • Report and rectify defects or deviations from plans.

5. Communication

   • Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers.

   • Provide regular updates on progress and issues.

6. Record Keeping & Reporting

   • Maintain site records, such as daily logs, incident reports, and material deliveries.

   • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
